This apartment met expectation; would go back in flash. Travelled to explore Budleigh Salterton, this flat was a reasonable base for doing it. I had comfortable bed with electric blankets and hypoallergenic pillows. Had a hairdryer and a walk-in shower in the bathroom, that was nice...

We recently stayed at a lovely caravan in Budleigh Salterton for a few days. The location was perfect, with direct access to Exmouth beach and stunning sea views from the living room. The caravan was well-equipped and we enjoyed having our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. The holiday park had great facilities, including takeaway options and entertainment for the children. we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at a charming place recently. Loved the convenience of having a bar, a garden, and a private beach area. And with free private parking, I didn't have to worry about my fancy car getting scratched.
Just delightful how the property didn't bother cleaning the room before my arrival. Such a lovely surprise to find someone else's trash and filth waiting for me.

The location and site of the caravan were absolutely mind-blowing, with direct access to a jaw-dropping beach. The site facilities, including the amazing takeaway options, were a super lucky find. The view from the living room was simply stunning, making the caravan a perfect and cozy retreat for my family of 6. We loved how close it was to all the amenities, which was a huge convenience. We spent a fantastic day at Budleigh Salterton, our family favorite. The property's proximity to the beach, sea views, and three bedrooms were GREAT features. On-site facilities like free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV. The beach access, private beach, seasonal indoor pool, and heated swimming pool were superb perks. The 24-hour security, no pets allowed, and no smoking on site policy were also highly appreciated. We would love to come back for a longer stay next time. Absolutely super experience!
